We can't wait to see you in the studio! Here is some information that will help your first visit run smoothly!
We are located inside Evolve Chiropractic! The main door is usually locked in the evening and there is a doorbell you can ring to let us know you have arrived! We will come out and meet you! Street parking is available free of charge.
If this is your first visit or class, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete a PAR-Q form and our consent form!
We have a washroom on site, as well as a small shop. In the studio, we accept cash, debit, and credit cards as forms of payment.
The studio is air conditioned. We have mats available for use, or you are more than welcome to bring your own!
